SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
After our assessment call and we've determined the right track, you will receive a discovery survey. The discovery survey will ask targeted questions including words used to describe your business, inspiration images and your goals for your Instagram feed.
7 days after our discovery call, we will gather inspiration and ideas via Milanote. With that information, Darden Creative will develop a mood board & color palette using images from the Milanote inspiration.
After the questionnaire, meeting and research, we will determine your content strategy. This includes type of content, frequency, times to share, copy suggestions, and the hashtags. This will also be an opportunity to update your bio where applicable. *
During this session, we will review effective ways to engage with and organically grow your audience, while still being authentic. This will be paired with videos with easy to apply tips.
The client provides any information and images to be included within the content scheduling.
Darden Creative will create style stock photos (10 minimum), client lifestyle portraits (if local or willing to travel) and source curated content and copy will be added at the content scheduling phase.
During this phase, content will be scheduled 15-30 days in advance within appropriate software. Prior to posting, client will review to for approval.
Posts will be monitored to determine which type of posts work and time of day. This information will be taken into account during the Review & adjustment phase.
We'll take of responding to comments, follow brand aligned profiles and liking appropriate and brand right content.
During this step, we will review successes and opportunities. This happens at the end of each moth and we be adjusted based on upcoming promotions, holidays and
